{"id":3714,"date":"2026-06-28T21:05:12","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T00:05:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/moovelub.com\/mobildelvac\/blog\/?p=3714"},"modified":"2026-06-28T21:05:12","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T00:05:12","slug":"a-conversao-do-diesel-para-o-gas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/moovelub.com\/mobildelvac\/blog\/a-conversao-do-diesel-para-o-gas\/","title":{"rendered":"A convers\u00e3o do diesel para o g\u00e1s"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>A convers\u00e3o do diesel para o g\u00e1s<\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A crise dos combust\u00edveis gerada pelo conflito no Oriente M\u00e9dio est\u00e1 fazendo com que cada vez mais gestores de frotas busquem alternativas\u00a0ao diesel.\u00a0Enquanto se fala muito de ve\u00edculos el\u00e9tricos e h\u00edbridos, o\u00a0g\u00e1s\u00a0(seja ele GNV ou\u00a0biometano)\u00a0tem surgido como uma op\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel econ\u00f4mico e menos poluente, tanto para ve\u00edculos zero quil\u00f4metro quanto para a convers\u00e3o da frota j\u00e1 existente.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nA Volkswagen, por exemplo, sinalizou que pretende ampliar sua presen\u00e7a no mercado de caminh\u00f5es a g\u00e1s \u2013 hoje dominado pela Scania \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/transportemoderno.com.br\/2026\/05\/20\/volkswagen-prepara-ofensiva-para-avancar-no-mercado-de-caminhoes-a-gas\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">e j\u00e1\u00a0est\u00e1 testando o modelo VW Constellation 26280\u00a0em S\u00e3o Paulo<\/a>, inicialmente com empresas de coleta de res\u00edduos. A ideia da\u00a0fabricante\u00a0\u00e9 avan\u00e7ar gradualmente em nichos espec\u00edficos onde o g\u00e1s tem mais competitividade.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0convers\u00e3o de motores diesel em motores a g\u00e1s, aproveitando ve\u00edculos que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o rodando,\u00a0tamb\u00e9m\u00a0\u00e9 uma\u00a0op\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0que tem chamado muita aten\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0Segundo\u00a0testes realizados pela MWM, multinacional de motores que pertence ao grupo Tupy,\u00a0essa convers\u00e3o\u00a0\u2013 ou \u201cretrofit\u201d, o termo em ingl\u00eas \u2013 se tornou mais atraente\u00a0ao <a href=\"https:\/\/frotacia.com.br\/retrofit-diesel-gas-gera-30-de-economia-com-combustivel\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">reduzir em at\u00e9 30% o custo com o combust\u00edvel<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Em uma entrevista ao site\u00a0Frota &#038; Cia, Cristian\u00a0Malevic, diretor da Unidade de Neg\u00f3cios de Descarboniza\u00e7\u00e3o, Energia El\u00e9trica e Solu\u00e7\u00f5es Mar\u00edtimas da MWM,\u00a0explicou que\u00a0o investimento feito nessa convers\u00e3o hoje\u00a0se paga em apenas dois anos \u2013 contra tr\u00eas, antes da alta do diesel \u2013,\u00a0e o custo total de propriedade\u00a0do caminh\u00e3o\u00a0(TCO) pode ficar 20% menor\u00a0ao longo de\u00a0toda\u00a0sua vida \u00fatil.\u00a0O motor a g\u00e1s \u00e9 considerado mais sustent\u00e1vel porque n\u00e3o emite material particulado,\u00a0e, do ponto de vista econ\u00f4mico, isso tamb\u00e9m significa um custo a menos, porque elimina a necessidade do filtro de part\u00edculas diesel (DPF).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Segundo\u00a0Malevic, a distin\u00e7\u00e3o entre um ve\u00edculo original de f\u00e1brica (OEM) e um que passou pelo\u00a0retrofit\u00a0\u00e9, basicamente, de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, pois n\u00e3o h\u00e1 diferen\u00e7a percept\u00edvel entre um caminh\u00e3o zero-quil\u00f4metro movido a g\u00e1s e um que foi convertido.\u00a0Ele observa, por\u00e9m, que,\u00a0para essa convers\u00e3o,\u00a0\u00e9 necess\u00e1rio que o ve\u00edculo esteja em poder do cliente final, com nota fiscal emitida em seu nome,\u00a0ou seja, n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel fazer\u00a0retrofit\u00a0em um modelo zero quil\u00f4metro que est\u00e1 ainda na concession\u00e1ria.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Existem empresas investindo em grandes volumes de\u00a0retrofits. A Vamos, uma das l\u00edderes em loca\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o de frotas de caminh\u00f5es, m\u00e1quinas e equipamentos pesados, anunciou a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mundologistica.com.br\/noticias\/vamos-frota-caminhoes-biometano-gas-natural\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">convers\u00e3o\u00a0para\u00a0biometano\u00a0e g\u00e1s natural\u00a0de 100 caminh\u00f5es<\/a>\u00a0no primeiro trimestre.\u00a0J\u00e1 a Tegma Gest\u00e3o Log\u00edstica anunciou um projeto-piloto de convers\u00e3o para\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tecnologistica.com.br\/noticias\/tecnologia\/20269\/tegma-inicia-projeto-piloto-de-conversao-de-caminhoes-para-tecnologia-hibrida-diesel-gnv\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">tecnologia h\u00edbrida diesel-GNV<\/a>. Dois ve\u00edculos foram convertidos e seus indicadores est\u00e3o sendo acompanhados.
